Two existing PLCs (ABB and Saia) were replaced with a new Siemens system with a remote station, unifying and modernising the plant’s control system. In addition, the two electrical cabinets were completely rewired, ensuring order, reliability and expandability. The programming was developed from scratch, covering all plant processes and ensuring a robust, efficient system adapted to current production needs.
