A modification has been made to the Omron PLC programming to improve the versatility of the Muñoz Forming Machine. Now, the system allows the cutting of the peaks on the trays to be adjusted and more rows to be added according to the desired length. In addition, the discharge belt has been separated from the tray chain through the implementation of new sensors.
ENCODER PORTICEL
It is necessary to investigate and propose a solution to the failure in the counting of the encoder connected to an OMRON CPM1A-20CDR-A-V1 PLC. Initially, under the hypothesis that the current PLC is defective, its replacement with a compact PLC is proposed, on which the minimum logic necessary for the management and counting of the encoder will be implemented.
